Went to Edgards Maponya Mall on 31.07.22 it was one of busiest days of month end day. The queue was exhausting only two cashiers on month end totally unaccepted. No floor staff on shoe department the whole time we were there. Finally one cashier was added then there were three after a very long wait. Can supervisors or managers check what's happening on their stores please.
If you're looking for office clothes this is the best place to be,their shoes are to die for
I’ve never got so much love from Edgars, when I fainted they gave me so much care. It’s good to know that they are good people out there, keep up the good work
Edgars Scam .. If you have account with Edgars please review your monthly statements.the new Edgars team is adding plans like life accidentall plan. etc. without contacting the customer for approval & you will only realized after sometimes that your busy paying money but the debt balance it doesn't decrease. I closed my account and i want all my money they have scam me.
They are very slow I had to stand on the que for 30min
I shopped in my basket for an hour and when I got to the Customer Service Till for lay bye it was off line. A radio announcement would be best.

The store is big and I had the pleasant experience of finding stock when I couldn't find it in other stores.

Used to be the best until I was scammed by their branch in Cape gardens. Not buying there anymore
