About us
During 2001 the firm Breytenbach Prinsloo Incorporated, a firm that had been in existence since 1979, amalgamated with the firm Leonard-Scholtz, which then continued business under the name Breytenbach Prinsloo Inc. Mr Ndzabandzaba joined the firm and on 1 September 2005 the company EDWARD LEONARD NDZABANDZABA INCORPORATED was established and continued business as a BEE-Compliant professional company.
The firm provides a wide range of legal services to private and corporate clients, utilizing the latest technology hardware and software packages in all our different departments.
We are proud to have as clients various townships and property developers, estate agents, bond originators and serve on the panels of all the major banking institutions and the Rustenburg Local Municipality.
We are equally proud of our contribution to community improvement. Our firm takes part in various housing projects for disadvantaged communities and the upliftment of community empowerment to support the national transformational goals of poverty alleviation, human rights and economic developments, amongst others:
•We have attended to the registration of low cost housing developed by Fox Lake Investments at a low fee structure, for the past 10 years.
•We are also one of the firms registered with the RDP and have attended to the registration of hundreds of properties obtained by the formerly disadvantaged communities.
•We also provide yearly free legal services with the LEGAL I-Train project for disadvantaged communities.
