I've had an incredibly gratifying experience with Electromann. They replaced a product I bought in early Jan 23 under their warranty policy. Sounds like standard stuff from online purchases, but these guys went full circle to assist me in dealing with the return/collection and delivery of the new unit. I was most pleased with their communication and their unselfish efforts in helping. I would recommend purchasing from them as I certainly would too.

I bought some 9W loadshedding bulbs and I must say, worst purchase ever. They are dim, dont last at all when there is no electricity, and short life span. They dont serve the purpose of being a backup light during darkness as they last a little over 30 minutes instead of the 4 hours that was advertised. My 6W Eurolux normal bulb is way brighter than this piece of junk. I would really like a full refund of my money as i feel i was ripped off. There is a time I wanted to do a review but failed for some reason. I hardly use them because they are useless to me. I will never ever buy anything from electromann again. Disappointed

Good service, fast delivery and helpful staff. I had a online order that failed, the payment went through but the order confirmation failed due some reason. The issue was resolved and the goods was delivered in less than 24 hours. Thanks for the fast response and well done Electromann SA team.

A nice small store that's well hidden in an office park. If it wasn't for Google I would never have known it existed! They sell lots of electronic and electrical parts as well as cameras, drones, power items, and other toys for the boys

Sent them 2 emails to ask about exchanging a poor quality item and the mails go unanswered. Not acceptable and not a reputable company. Rather order from Takealot where you get the service

Bought 7.4v 6600mah Lithium battery × 1. The battery is dead and not working. It was advertised online as a replacement for my Lead-Acid battery, however my Lead-Acid battery lasts longer in our backup Magneto light than this Lithium battery. The light with the Lead-Acid lasts hours ...with this battery 30 min max.

I can highly recommend purchasing from Electromann SA, 2 separate online orders delivered to CPT and I've been very impressed with their turn-around times and clear communication with each stage of the ordering process. I will definitely be a returning customer.
