Service was not bad, tools are very overpriced.

If you want the right thing , the first time its the place to go. Everything electrical and very helpfull , experienced staff.

Tried to return a chassis punch. I bought the wrong size. Never used it. But now they refuse to accept the return. Its not something that was specially ordered in. Tried to return it two days after it was bought with the original slip.

I needed some really specific help and everyone was really helpful, but the best part, everyone was incredibly knowledgeable

A hit and mis for me ,they have a big range and would find basicaly everything you need and good quiality products ,pricing seems to be a problem ,but other then that ,its a good electrical store
