For many years I have supported this shop and also seen the decay in service. It's getting worse and worse, with proper staff this shop will strive, but with the current ones, it's just a matter of time until it closes doors.

Still a good place to come for components and the new owners 2017 seems to be trying to improve the shop. Occasional specials are worth while.

I must say I have to agree with one of the previous reviewers - the service is shocking. Still waiting for answers to two emails sent on 9 November!. Now the website has disappeared, so maybe this business has closed down already? What a pity!!

I work for an electronics Repair company and we always run short of spares. And when that happens this time company always saves. There isn't a single day I went here and did not find what I'm looking for. It's almost as if they know what you want. Staff is friendly, helpful and always smiling. I urge anyone who wants part like capacitor, Resistors etc check them out... You won't be disappointed.

Pathectic service. Website stock levels is a joke. What a waste of my time. Something is seriously wrong there. Will never see me again

Very Very Poor Service. Even thought I had BAD customer service at this shop in the pass I thought I will go past in the hope to find a part my current supplier does not have in stock. Went in to the counter where the 1 sales person sits. I came up to the counter, he looks at me and starts talking to the white lady sitting behind a desk 2 meters or so away and these to kept talking for about a minute and half completely ignoring me.. not so much as "Hi Sir, will be with you in a moment" or any form of acknowledgement that I am there and waiting to be helped. the white lady looks at me and just keeps talking to the sales clerk , does not say hello or put the conversation on old or anything remotely showing that they are interested in helping a customer. Eventually the sales clerk turns to me and ask what he can help with. I ask for a servo motor and thin electric cable or wires. The sales clerk asked the white lade if they have, she go through their catalog to see if there is, the lady tells the SALES clerk there is none in stock ,I mean I am right there speak to me, tell me as well, And she still have not said as much as a hello to me. Anyway with at this moment some one else walks in , The sales clerk does not convey her message to me at all, instead he pics a paper and walk to this person and starts to speak to him while I am STILL waiting for a response. after another minute or so the clerk comes back and looks at me as if to say why are you still here.. he finally tells me they do not have any servo motors in stock and turns away and carry's on with something else . He did not ask if their is anything else I might want even thought I said I want some thin electric cables or wires. The Lady as well, she just carried on with what ever she is doing. And I wish I can say this was the first or only time I received very bad service from them but over the last 8 years or so it was nothing but disappointment, in fact the last time was a year ago an I said never again and this time I will keep away. Funnily enough when I spoke to an acquaintance an hour later about the lack of service and bad attitude his remark was that is why he does not support them anymore as well..

Don't phone! Communication extremely bad. Acquired if they have a 3,6v / 1,5ah li-ion rechargeable battery in stock. Told no and don't order at the moment, so don't know when they will get???

This morning I just quickly wanted to recheck the price for a power MOSFET that I knew I got from your store a while back, but unfortunately I couldn't do this easily as the power MOSFET link in the online catalogue wasn't working. I checked a couple of the other sections I found the links there to be inoperable as well. So please fix your website as this is the easiest way for people to get a quick idea of what you have. Also a bad and or non functional website also gives a very bad impression to potential buyers especially first time buyers.

Been supporting 123 since high school. Unfortunately customer service has become pathetic over the last couple of years especially if the old guy helps you, be prepared to wait a long time. Can't see that they will survive for long if they continue like this. Rather go to Communica. Also the website is useless.

Service is very unfriendly and seems unwilling to help. Will not return here or recommend!
