Incredible Connection

Virginia is a very helpful great communicator, she sorted out my faulty headsets. Also followed up with me kept me in the loop both on email and telephonically always ready answer any of my questions and concerns she is extremely helpful and a very patient person. I will keep coming back to your shop for this reason.

I went last week to buy a charger they gave me wrong type of charger only noticed when I got home. sales person was assisting me and he forgot about me I was then assisted by someone else. When he noticed he forgot he just looked at me and he busy talking with his manager all playful. I had to go back again but I didn't waste my time going to Sandton I went to Eastgate and they where very helpful.

Good in-store service. Staff were extremely helpful. Do not order online tho unless it’s for click and collect. The staff at Sandton helped me track down my missing online order. Just go here. Thanks guys

Terrible customer service I've ever come across. There's no sense of urgency. I waited forever to get a phone that wasn't even my first choice. They're out of stock in most of their phones. Also, the guy who assisted me was very unprofessional and disrespectful.

It's an okay tech store in regards to what it has in stock but the service is below average. Lots of potential to improve and the conversation I had with the manager expressing my dissatisfaction was rather positive. I hope they act on it

I cannot understand why these stores exist….. they are higher priced than Takelot and are not willing to match the price. They don’t even have most of the products on display to see if you like them such as mouses and keyboards and they their refunds are subject to a 10% handling fee ! Don’t buy from here ever

I have phoned this store more than 5 times in a row. They don't pick up the phone. The line went through on the 6th call, and I was told to hold for the sales dept until the line faded without any response. I have called again twice, no response. Why would I go buy at a store like this? Tell me why?

Don't bother. My third time going on separate occasions, wanting to buy a cellphone and tablet. They never have stock available. Amazing how a huge shop like this, inside Sandton mall, don't keep stock as per the website. Customer service not the greatest also.

Terrible customer service. I was getting two R200 tempered glass covers for two phones and they said I had to pay an additional R100 for each one for “installation”. Haha it is not an oil change for my car, when has someone charged for that?! Any way I just left. Don’t get fooled by their response to this post by them saying “we want to learn from this experience, please contact us at this link”. I filled in the full form online and, in the same way as they behave with their customers at the store, they just didn’t give a dam.
