EleDance aims to give you an hour of 'me-time' once a week - for mommies, students and anyone who wants to dance!
Our ballet classes are after-hours, on Tuesdays from 18:30 - 19:30.

I was introduced to classical ballet at the age of 4 and I've been dancing ever since. Ballet is part of my soul...
As we get older our opportunities are somewhat limited to start something new - either due to work, limited time or even a mental block (think we are too old or don't have the right body type etc.)
EleDance specifically aims to accommodate women with commitments. Classes are after hours and only once a week.
Classical ballet is excellent for
- stress relief;
- uplifts mood;
- improves posture;
- shape, tone and improve flexibility;
- core strengthening;
- stimulate creativity; and last, but most importantly
- stimulate the desire to be the BEST version of YOU!
