Elite Aviation Academy was registered as the new name for Loutzavia Rand after SACAA instructed management to change the name.
Loutzavia Flight Training Academy was launched in 2004, at Wonderboom National Airport by Jannie Loutzis. It has since grown into a well-established business, specialising in general aviation. Jannie is one of a handful of Grade I Designated Flight Examiners elected by the SACAA.
