The maternity ward and staff was amazing during my labour and birth great team and amazing nurses

So it was my first time being admitted at a hospital, wow the staff members are soo friendly and warm, from the lady who helped me at 4:00Am with admission, the ladies at the 3rd floor maternity ward, you guys are amazing! Not forgetting the Doctor offcause! Thank you and thank you!

Horrible hospital, contacting them is an endless mission. And how come when my daughter was treated 15 April 2022 at casualties and then by DR WYBENGA, who did not even see her for the follow-up the Monday 18 April….she was just sitting there??? Now two months later we receive a message to pay her, given the dr on call was paid through our medical aid….how come we need to pay her via a sms message, not even a phone call??

The service is extremely bad they’ll keep you waiting in a cubicle for hour while they all sting at the station n doing Fokol.

Horrible attitude from one Dr. E Wybenga. No greeting. She gets in and just asks me why I said my pain was vaccine related, while I could only assume such since it coincided with the vaccination. I’m no medical expert. This hospital must work with people who want to help patients.

My rating is based on the past 24 hrs during which my wife is there in ICU-COVID. Receiption could do better, but the hospital has a good ambience and the night staff was / is great I cannot monitor them, thus it is an "impression" I did not use a public toilet, thus cannot comment. But it is generally a problem in each and every private hospital. But I will make a point to use one, to see for myself. But thus far, I am VERY happy with the transfer from Life Cosmos to ePH. Today is day 4 for my wife at eHP. I still cannot see her, to give a visional, personal, observation; however, based on the staff calling me, and also when I call; they are willing to listen and reply to my questions and concerns; I am very satisfied thus far. Thank You.

Cannot believe that the country we live in worries more about the money than ones life. Very upset about the service we received today from the casualty staff. I can say thank you to the nurses and dr who assisted.

One star for friendly staff. 4 stars lost for no curtains in pediatric ward, no toilet seats on private room ensuite. Dirty linen and my daughter came out of theatre with a unexplained cut on her foot after an operated on her arm. Pathetic

Maternity ward not clean, haven’t seen a personal cleaning, bed sheets not changed and some staff members take time to respond. Public hospital is better

Not all the nurses are friendly, maternity ward didn't have sanitary pads, the toilets were not so clean. There's still room for improvement.
