This has become one of my favorite places to start my day. I know most of the guys by name and they always take care of me even when Im having a complete meltdown. Even the girls inside, each and every one of them has always treated me with the highest respect. Good service and option of car wash and shop. Small steers which also known for its food.
I just went to fill up and check the normal Oil, Water & Tyres. When the attendant Earle finished with everything, he told me the one tire had less pressure than the others, and he can quickly check it for me. It wasn't even 2 minutes, when he found a small puncture and quickly assisted me with fixing it. This was a great experience, where normally the attendants only do as asked, and not going the extra mile. I had such a great experience, he really deserves a 10/10 for excellent customer service and very very friendly!
Worst car wash in PE, not impressed at all. Car came back with water spots everywhere, wasn't properly vacuumed, wheels still dirty. Would never recommend.

First time ever that I was told that I "cant" get a cash slip due to shift change? I have never been told something like that. The petrol attendant informed me that the cashier said that she "cant" help print a slip. So I went into the shop and the cashier had this attitude towards me because I told her that the only reason I require a slip is due to it being a company expense and I would require it for the accounts department. The manager was called and walked up to another client that walked in after me and both walked out towards the carwash. I couldnt wait around for someone to print my slip so I just left. Im not patient when it comes to basic service level standards. All I wanted was a slip. Thought it was something I was entitled to ask for?
I have been to this Engen since 2007. All the attendants are friendly and will help if they see a problem. I will leave my car unlocked if I have to buy something at the shop. I never had any problems with the attendants at the garage.
Approximately one week ago I visited Engen Beachway to inflate my left rear vehicle tyre which I suspected had a slow puncture. An attendant with the name Kennedy offered to have a look. Kennedy not only found the puncture but fixed it within 10 minutes without having to remove the wheel. Also it was a fraction of the cost. Kennedy was helpfull friendly and pro active, definitely an ambassador for the company. Thanks Kennedy.
I've been to pretty much every car wash in pe and this is one of the worst. They left watermarks on the outside of the car and didn't even bother cleaning the interior properly. I'd recommend the car wash at summerstrand sasol over this one.
