Engen owner. You've seen and heard numerous complaints about your staff, and you still want us customers to write you a report. Your garage is not worth the effort. These reviews can make or break your business. Sort out the problem with your pathetic staff, because your "Sorry to hear about it" just isn't doing anyone any favours or forgiveness. Look back at the reviews... It's nog getting better. This just gives us reason to believe that the problem is with management. Use it, don't use it. All the info is already in writing... On the reviews. Petrol and diesel we can find anywhere else. Seems you think that you are in the petroleum business. Clientele is 100% of your business, not petrol.
They must get a better card machine for the Macro cards. Always having some kind of problem. The attendee was very helpful and kind as was the manager on duty to assist with the problem promptly. Thank you and hope you will make a plan soon with that card machine
Absolutely shocking service this morning from the staff. Myself and 4 other customers stood at the petrol pumps for 15 minutes or more, due to the fact that there was only one petrol attended operating all the petrol pumps. Two of the four other customers eventually left. I just do not understand why there are over 8 pumps stations when you can only help one person at a time, because you have no staff.
What a terrible experience. Avoid this service station, avoid avoid! There is only one diesel pump working, rude and unhelpful staff, on numerous times I have asked for the manager, the reply is always that he/she is not there. Rather go to any other service station.
I was at engen garage Waverly what a pathetic service I received from a guy named Inno and I ended up requesting Thomas to fill up my tank as Inno refused. I rather use other services than that garage never have I experienced such especially since most petrol attendants are friendly he obviously has problems with client service and actually wanted me to go fill up at another petrol service. Pathetic
Unfriendly petrol staff and rather stand around talking while you wait patiently for them to decide to come help you. And if park at the pumps on the side they tell you to drive to their pump thats " closer for them" . They are lazy! If I came there almost every day and the service is slow and terrible everytime I am bound to get upset. If you dont want to use a certain pump for the wheels because its too slow, dont tell me to drive to another pump.. tell your boss to fix it!
Poor service. Too little staff. And staff will rather help cars that just arrived instead of cars waiting for nearly 20 min. Pathetic service stay away
I quickly stopped for a pack of cigarettes, a trash collector greeted me and I greeted back, I stopped a little further from the shop entrance woman alone and it was getting dark, the trash collector the proceeded to follow me and I walked away quickly, he kept saying scratch scratch scratch. After the friendly staff helped me inside the store and I paid, I told them to just keep a look out for the guy outside he threatened to scratch my car, the to gentleman proceeded to walk me to my car and asked the gentleman collecting trash politely to leave the customers alone. On my way home I realised the beggar might have meant scratch change and feel terrible if that was the case. Still the two guys on shift tonight made sure I felt safe and comfortable and I think they should be applauded for their quick reaction, you never know what can go wrong. Ps: they really were the sweetest, kindest and most protective attendants ever
Unprofessional. They don’t care about customer service. I have a big problem with shops that forces me to wear a mask.
Saw 2 cars rather go to Total for petrol as Engen staff just don’t help you. Replies to review then nothing month later. "Sort this out" what did you intend to do?
