Shell 1119 Pitstop

Parked at the pump as there were no other cars and wanted to got into the shop, the attendant advised me that I can't park at the pump, I immediately apologised and agreed to move my car, as I was complying another employee started aggressively verbally abusing me, and chased me away like a dog.

They absolutely refuse to give you a slip after you have paid. The second time before I filled up I asked the attendant before we start can I get a slip cause last time I was refused 1. He literally looked at me clicked his tongue and walked away and said go to another garage then. I did go to the Caltex just a block away and received better service and a slip.

I really like this garage, for I always gets good and friendly services. The one time even the owner was on the floor to ask about my experience, and I appreciate it. I would deive all the way from Wonderboom South just to fill up here. Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

Filled a tank and they didn't even offer to check tires, water or squeegee window. If a full tank of R1400.00 is not enough to even receive these as an offer then I'd rather go to a different petrol station.

Great garage, Besides the fact that they feel they can play music in the morning hours, This in a residential area, Yes i'm one of the neighbors. Not even the closest one. Its astonishing the amount or lack thereof of mutual respect people have for each other these days

The rudest and most unhelpful cashier i have met in years. Last time i stop here !

Using them because of Clicks-points, but they messed yesterday by overfilling my vehicle and about 2 litres poured out, before the attendant stop chatting and concentrated on his job...: : Eish sorry, i didn't see....

Great garage, except they are no longer the cheapest with diesel
