Not friendly staff. Extremely busy as it is on the highway path. A have to, instead of a want to scenario, as I only use Engen garages. They generally have the best team to help with long roads ahead. Hope the management look at the staffs behaviour.

It's a very big and busy engen. The only reason I am giving it a 3 star is because I waited for a while before I was serviced even though it wasn't so busy when I arrived.

Always busy. It’s a very large gas station and service may vary depending on how busy they are, however the staff are friendly and managed the slight wait with big smiles. They also have digital tyre pressure gauges which will accurately inflate your tyres which helps with reducing fuel consumption and keep tyre wear even.

Petrol attendances here do not understand customer care. I was there in the morning on my way to work and I stood for more than 5 minutes without anyone coming to assist. They were just relaxed as if it's the middle of the day and I saw many of us motorists were annoyed at the service. I'm not sure where the attendants were but they seem to dissapear because about 3 cars were parked without attendants. They should really understand the value of time.

Great customer care. Good service all in all plus there's steers and debonairs to just chill and grab a bite.

The pies looked old and yuck. Service was slow abd unfriendly.

Forecort manager is very rude and arrogant! Swore me with f's because I tried to return a product which I wasn't satisfied with. He just flung his hand at me and walked away, told me to come back later.

They attent very fast good service

This is my review regarding Engen just before you get on to the highway. Their pumps are always empty with maybe 1 or 2 working. Expect to wait 10minutes to be helped
