Not good. No hang space, hangers in room. Kettle must be plugged in on floor. Room small. No reception on arrival, morning. Untidy and dirty. No communication. For the price on what website says you get and what you realy get, there is better options to choose from. Not friendly. Can not recommend, although it is so convenient near for a wedding to attend.

Had our wedding guests there ; as the other reviewers have said , not having water was an issue; kitchen didn’t have much, no coffee plunger etc, simple things to fix; rooms need a bit of updating and we felt pressure to leave; very early check out, a lot of guests in and out all the time. Noise policy not really enforced so guests were wandering around in the very early hours talking loudly etc. Nice French theme though, friendly staff and fairly inexpensive.

What a gorgeous guesthouse! I had my wedding at Venue Nouveau in August and booked all the accommodation at Kammafrans for our guests and bridal party. Jacqueline was just exceptional from the word go, from explaining the layout and room options, to making sure all our guests were welcomed to their rooms and ensuring our bridal suites were just perfect for our wedding day preparations. The rooms are just so beautiful and really added to the romance of our day. No request was too much, thank you Jacqueline and team for going the extra mile and making our day the perfect day that it was! Michelle and Richard.

Very nice and rustic place, we had a very enjoyable evening at a wedding with great friends and family. The food was very good and the accommodation was ok. The only thing was no water which made it very difficult for the ladies to use the bathroom and when I reported it to a staff member I got a bad attitude and when I said I was going to complain he told me to do it and just shrugged his shoulder. It's a pitty that one individual can destroy a good stay

The wedding venue is STUNNING, the food is amazing. The location is immaculate. The rooms on the other hand, look a bit like ouma had too much stuff around her house and donated it to this place. You can't just shove a bunch of old kitsch stuff into a room and call it French. The attention to detail in the rooms are lacking.

Lovely French Style Rooms with beautiful touches. Friendly and helpfull staff and the attention to detail is out of this world. Sherry, heaters, blankets and coffee station in the rooms just made the stay more comfortable.Rooms: 5/5

Fabulous venue. One of my best friends recently got married at the wedding venue linked to KammaFrans. The level of intentionality was very obvious and the staff were very gracious, happy to serve and thoughtful in how they handle my family and I. Their rooms were very cosy, well kept and we had a great stay! I would definitely recommend spending the night if you are attending an event!

We had an fantaatic expieriece, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff amazing! We where honoured to have spent 2 nights, it was piecefull and as the bride felt realy spoilt.Rooms: 5/5

I received a very warm welcome from Jacqueline at Kammafrans Guesthouse. The room was so lovely and the small but not unseen touches like the coffee station, rusks dry lavender leaves on the bed was just wonderful. I will definitely recommend for a quiet stay with a loved one.Rooms: 5/5
