Casa Toscana Lodge

We stayed at the Casa Toscana hotel for our 1 year wedding anniversary. It was an amazing unforgettable experience. We were welcomed by Andile who was just delightful, his front desk manner was mind blowing. He was friendly and very helpful, assisted us immediately and had us settled into our room within 7 minutes of arriving. For the 2 days that we were there we were attended to with utmost warmth. Our every need was catered with utmost perfection making us feel so special and important. We had such a delightful experience, and their great services have left us no room for any complaints. My wife was mesmerized by the hotel room’s interior design, and the way everything had been decorated. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was very clean and tidy. At the restaurant the food served was plated with such elegance, and tasted delicious. The waiters are extremely talented not only did they provide us with brilliant service they also entertained us by singing, spectacular voices, dinner and a show. The staff was very considerate, and courteous to all our requests. Overall GREAT VENUE! EXCELLENT SERVICE! WONDERFUL STAY!!

I almost always pass this place when going to my office... Busy and vibrant. With its high walls, I always wondered how the inside looked. Eventually we booked here for one of our strategy days. It is a fabulous venue with a European touch. The buildings and finishings iconic. The service was on point... Imagine the caviar was the personal touch of honey amd lemons for my rooibos. Lekker . Safety: Safety checks on entry and patrol. Walkability: Nice scenic feel. Good landscaping.

Great service, overall. Please sort out the parking and the exit gate. The morning rush is insane using just one gate for entering and exiting.Rooms: 5/5

Excellent service from Lydia, Zoe and Nicky. Singer/ Waiter, Leroy was outstanding. Bartender, Vusi, cocktails were amazing. I cannot fault a single thing. Accommodation and food was worth every cent. Thank you for the exceptional stay.

Excellent service! Best ever breakfast ! Room was great. Friendly staff. Will definitely recommend Rooms: Clean and neat everything works. Nearby activities: 7 min by Uber to Sunbet Casino Safety: Very safe and secure Food & drinks: Outstanding breakfast. I would love the recipe please of the cheesy yummy pannini. Noteworthy details: Staff stayed up till 12 to open gates for us when we got back from the concert! Thanx

Rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. fantastic staff. the atmosphere was very welcoming. the food and service at the restaurant was exceptional. so much so that me and the wife decided to not go out and to have dinner as well at the lodge - the food again did not disappoint and was mind blowingly delicious. you guys have a real gem here and we will return next year for our wedding anniversary. hats off to the chef which prepared the delicious meals. even the breakfast was excellent and oh so delicious. ,many thanks for everything and making our stay so enjoyable

The place is amazing and clean,staff very helpful. I went for a massage, it was ok. You need to be at least 15 min before ur allocated time cos the massage place is a bit of a walk and make sure u let them know u have arrived. The therapists don't have a sense of urgency however their manager is understanding.The restaurant staff is friendly!!!
