THIEVES!!! LIARS!!! CHEATERS!!! I poured petrol 2 weeks ago, my tank was 3/4 full but went in to make it full tank. I told the attendant and while I was preparing to get out my wallet, he told me he was done. I told hum my gage hadn't moved and nothing, not even my KMs indicate he poured which NEVER happens with my car. He said it will reflect. I went back the next day with proof that he hadn't poured and Mikemanager and Brandon manager/owner lied and gave me a nonsensical explanation that my car's gage was problematic. They tested it only to also pull the same scam as the attendant just to make it seem like my car was problematic and even made me pay more money. I went to Engen down the road the next day and my gage now works miraculously. Please don't pour petrol here. Many,many people have complained about the exact same thing. This Shell scams people out of their hard earned money and pours air for petrol. They are liars and cheaters.

Received the worst service ever, every time I want diesel extra, they give me the diesel V power very expensive, and when I finally got diesel extra, there's something wrong with the diesel extra, it's finishes extremely quickly, Will have to take it for testing, I think the mix it with something, to make it cheaper,

Worst service ever... Old lady called Maria is very arrogant. Garage dirty .. waited for long... Everyone looking at me like am there for free petrol.. had to hoot to get attention.. then Maria comes with a stinking attitude maybe because she sees a black person ... Will never ever by from shell anymore.

I bought a unit pin electricity from a operator called Angie Matjeke and when i arrived home to use the meter it said invalid. I think she gave me a wrong unit pin and they wrote no returns knowing very well that the slip cant be returned

Worst experience at any garage I've been in my whole life. Alphius, a petrol attendant is the vilest human I've ever encountered, he refused to make way for my wife to enter our car after she asked him multiple times. He told her to wait until he had finished processing payment for another customer and when. I confronted him and asked him to make way he threatened me and assulted me in broad daylight. The manager, Joseph, intervened but Alphius continued to hurl insults at me. Will never for the life of me step foot at that garage again.

The forecourt where we pour petrol is excellent. Always skip all filling stations to get great service there..... Problem is the Cashiers, rude and arrogant. Seems like owners don't really care. You will loose customers very fast.

I have just had the most horrific experience at Middle Straat Motors in their little store...the lady behind the counter was swearing in the presence of children and customers...when I asked her to pls stop swearing she was extremely rude said she did not swear at me...I will never take any of my children close to the store again...it is coveniant for use to stop there as my children are at a school close by...they used to be such a lovely outlet...what a shame!
