They also provided excellent after-sale service, responding promptly to any issues that arose and ensuring that the system is now running smoothly. Management had a terrible, terrible attitude towards my husband. People in management like this shouldn’t be service providers in a community that needs safe gas installation. The workers themselves are amazing, but management is appalling. When the owner came for a quotation he didn’t say anything about the electrical switch that needed to be moved, but when the workers came in the kitchen to install the hob they immediately saw the electrical switch is too close. If possible work directly with workers and avoid management. Middleman business is slowly phasing out because of experiences like this.
