Stay away, used to put petrol in there on a weekly basis, today, they were busy, but while I waited, I checked my water and tyre pressure, a Merc came in, they helped him first. Two attendants was standing around, while a third was buse buying food from a vendor in a bakkie. I closed my hood and petrol cap and left.
I had my car washed at this gas station. Four items were stolen from my car, and my radio was reset. I dialled the phone number to complain before writing this review, but the number does not exist. I will never get my car washed there again, I’m so upset!
I have been supporting this garage for more than 15 years. I had a bad experience with my last visit. When I stopped at the pump the petrol attendant was walking slowly to my car while typing something on his cellphone. Not looking at me, like I disturbing him, now still typing on his cellphone. He said "ja". Not good day sir how can I help you. No just "ja" still typing on his cellphone. Isn't cellphone use forbidden close to a petrol pump? I told him he must put R100 in my car and put 10 liters petrol in my jerrycan. I also asked him to rinse the jerrycan because there is some dirt in the jerrycan. He put R100 in the car and then put the nozzle back in the petrol pump dispenser. I asked him what about my jerrycan? He said oh I forgot. So I said again put 10 L petrol in the jerrycan after you rinsed it. The jerrycan has a loose inner seal in the cap of the jerrycan I told him he must be careful with the inner seal of the cap because it will fall out. Behold he put petrol in to rinse the jerrycan and swivel the jerrycan to get ride of the stuff inside. Then he went to the drain with a sort type of mesh on top of it. He then emptied the rinse petrol into this drain. Then I checked the inner plastic of the cap was gone. So I asked him I warned you about the inner plastic of the jerrycan's cap. He told me "you must not put the inner cap in when you bring the jerrycan to my garage" He then found the inner cap beneath the metal grid of the forecourt drain. He then became arrogant and tell me he is reporting me to the supervisor and she will teach me a lesson on how to respect other people. Johannes was not friendly, typing constantly on his cellphone, arrogant and disrespectful. I usually put about R2300 petrol in a week. No more and sadly not with any BP garage. I will also take this matter up with BP head office due to the fact that the supervisor was unable to solve the matter. She also refused to give me the owner's cellphone number.
On a very quiet day, with a lot of attendants around yet they don’t want to assist you.
Definitely something dodge happening at this filing station. I poured petrol at this garage last night. My tank was filled with "air" when I went to complain about my gauge barely moving all I was given was a lousy print out to show that petrol was poured, despite the obvious sign of my car not registering any petrol being poured. Appalling service at best. Do yourself a favor and avoid this garage at all costs.
Always friendly staff. Very helpful and ready to serve the customers with pride.
I never knew....but I asked if they served coffee...they said yes...inside....so I asked them to fill my vehicle with petrol....went in, made a cappuccino and paid everything together with 1 tap...all in 5min....Loved it!!! I have been supporting this business for 5 years however, my last experience has not been so pleasant. All I can say is, when you purchase petrol or refreshments, MAKE SURE you are handed a slip reflecting ALL your purchases. I paid R300 for R200's worth of petrol, purchased two small kit kats and to small bottles of water and thought how can that be R155??, turned my vehicle around to go back and ask for a detailed slip..................well, lets just say the way the 'mistake' was attended to was questioning to me. I will NOT support that business ever again, I'd rather drive 5 km's up to the Engen garage and support them, at least they give you detailed slips reflecting all of your purchases.
I had an awfull expereince with the black lady begind the counter tonight. I merely asked.of they had more pie aa ths pie case was empty, and she snubbes me in a very rasicst, condensending way that it is not hsr job to know of theee is pies and that i have to go back and look. Thats where the arguement started. I have been supporting them for years. When i asked hsr name she refused to give it. Evsn yhe petrol attendant refused to.tsll.me her name. I have repirted this to ths owner, who, by the way, is a great guy. U till this issue is resolved, i will not support this garrage anymore.
If this is a service station then the staff have no clue what service is. I had the misfortune to need diesel when close to this filling station. I stopped at a pump in the forecourt and waited patiently for an attendant. There was no shortage of them. With only one other vehicle on the forecourt and three attendants sitting on a bench chatting. They all ignored my presence and even when I started my vehicle and drove out, they didn't make any move from their bench. Fuel is fuel, so the owner can do without my contribution to his income.
