The service definitely is NOT what it used to be. Have been disappointed the last 2 years and I definitely wont come back or refer friends. Poor communication between the Technician and receptionist. No sense of urgency in getting back with feedback regarding the vehicle. My brakes felt loose and unstable, on my way home. You get a dirty greasy hand stain on your doors and they don't even bother to wipe dirt marks off your seats. I expect my car to at least look clean after the amount you pay for the service. Not impressed!!Services: Brakes
Disapointed with your representatives in Australia. They let you down. Terrible customer service. I contacted Dastek South Africa first. You gave me the contact details of Dynomotors that gave me the contact details of CNJmotors. I am a member of a 4X4 club in Australia and was the first one to contact your representatives in Australia to talk about my car. I sent first emails to both of them and the responses to my technical enquires were vague. I them called both business pretended to be another customer and was also bad treated over the phone. I was not properly treated as a potetial client by both businesses. None of the members of our club will try to contact your representatives anymore even if our first choice was Unichip. We will no go to Steinbauer
Fantastic service and car service, I will definitely recommend taking your car here. They give you options and also assist with wheel rotation and call you to find out if they can fix any additionals
Fitted my vehicle in 2016 with one of their Unichip products I was and is still very impressed with the workmanship, reason for my four stars only is I recently contacted them again with a problem my vehicle had goes into limb mode they took very long to phone me back and when I got a booking they could not find any problem other than to remap my unichip and clearing a speed sensor error,Im very sure that was not the cause of the vehicle going into limb mode but they did say I can bring back the vehicle should this happen agian....Other than this small issue I will recommend anyone to use Dastek as a service centre

After a number of calls, I would go out on a limb and say that Dastek seem to be a company charging a big premium for services. Example: to simply remap the EXISTING computer on a truck, their prices are 3 times that of a lot of the competition. That is of course their prerogative, but in these difficult times, I now will not do business with companies that make exorbitant profit at the expense of customers.
I found the staff friendly, professional and always willing to assist. They also called after a few days to check if I was happy with the service and the condition of the car. Definitely recommend DASTEK for servicing your vehicles.
Friendly and good service received. Give me time to test my vehicle, after they've tune the diesel pump. After 3 weeks... To be honest we can't say that there is any difference in performance, we did contact them and just got attitude from them. A total waste of money.
I had a wiring problem on my newly installed altenator, Ruan was extremely helpful and sorted me out in short time thanks again
People were friendly and helped me with our car. Kept me updated and I've got the nicest email putting everything that I must do on car for next service apart. Step by step. My car will be serviced there for sure in the future.!!!
