I am new arrival to SA from Germany where I gained solid experience in diagnostic and repair of automatic transmissions.
My way of repairing such gear boxes is not by replacing complete components but by determination of faulty individual parts. In such way, I will be able to offer attractive prices due to cheaper material costs. My way of repairing even most complicated transmissions does not have to cost a fortune.

I do repair automatic gear boxes for VW and Audi.

I specialise in types DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox – VW, S-Tronic Audi), Tiptronic and CVT (Continuously variable transmission) Multitronic.

Repair and regeneration valve body, transmission control units (TCU) and integrated modules "mechatronic".

Dynamic replacement of ATF (Transmission Flush)

So, in October 2021 I took my Polo GTI to Vagbox for gearbox repairs. The car had gearbox issues, as the gear was stuck on the second gear. Gears were not changing and only gear 2 was selected. By the way, before taking my car to this workshop, I took to somewhere for diagnosis. I was told that my car's mechatronic was damaged and could not be repaired. Jacek took in the car, and within a week, my vehicle was fixed - and the problem was the gear train and NOT the mechatronic. Jacek fixed my car and I haven't had any problems ever since that day. My advice, if you have any issues with your gearbox, look no further, Jacek is the right person for the job. Thank you Jacek!Service:&nbsp;Transmission

Jacek from Vagbox was very knowledgeable and very quick. Got my gearbox serviced in under 2 hours at a much better rate than even other 3rd party service garages. He offered advice without pushing for any unnecessary work to be done.  Be aware that at present they don't have card facilities but do accept cash or EFT.

Great service and workmanship! It's been 2 years since Jacek fixed the Mechatronics on my A5 and it still drives like the day I've collected the vehicle from him! I can highly recommend VAGBOX for any S-tronic / DSG related problems.

Jacek and his team at Vagbox is very proffesional. He is highly recommendable and are well supported by many VW & Audi dealers to service and repair DSG and S-Tronic gearboxes in the greater Pretoria / Gauteng area. I will definately recommend their services and will use them in future again on my S-Tronic gearbox.
