The lady assisting me was rude. The prices are very high according to other dealers. I waited an hour and half to get my car and had to drive in the dark back home which is a hour away.
Bonolo is an excellent service consultant. The rest of the crew were great too. Made sure I got my car in the time they promised. They showed interest in sorting the issue out. Felt like I was getting special individual service. Well done to the Bosch Hatfield Team. I will definitely be going back there in future.
Do not trust them. They recommend items which are unnecessary and only admit it is unnecessary once questioned. Their rates are higher than other bosch centres and they keep adding random items to drive up the price. R20 to refill the wiper fluid. You can buy a whole bottle of soap for that price and they couldn't justify it. They made me wait more than 30mins for collection after I confirmed with them if they are ready before I drove through. No updates were given from their side unless I had to ask for information. All in all a very poor experience. Hopefully they didn't break anything... Edit: Based on the business response, I would like to clarify that no test reports were given when requested. This includes the battery and measurements on the brakes. In fact the quote wasn't even properly sent through before work was done. I had a phone call but their lines are very unclear and when I requested the quote it was a pic on whatsapp and not very legible. Hence why I missed questionable line items before payment. This was blamed on the internet, but was also a business day prior so I had some sympathy. The reason for the delay given by the customer agent was different from the below where he indicated that the car was late due to parts being delivered late and this was "unforeseen". I called less than half an hour before I arrived, so I don't know how unforeseen this was. He indicated at 2 in the afternoon that all parts were received. They also had to move 3 cars to get mine out of the parking, which begs some questions about it being finished late. The matter of internet connectivity was never brought up, possibly because everything was ready to be printed when I got there and he knew the response wouldn't fly. The breaks were quoted to replace the discs, but the car was at 55k km's when serviced. No brake disc needs replacement at such a low km use and the option of skimming wasn't even suggested. ALL soap are concentrated. You can buy a bottle of sunlight liquid @R20 and refill the water bottle with the concentrate for an easy 5 years. Or splurge for something twice the price from Macro/Midas that is more paint safe. I find it ironic that the business admitted to their priced being higher than the average Bosch centre. This alone should be a warning sign for potential customers. I dropped a star for the disingenuous response from the business. Their ethics is questionable at best.Services: Auto A/C recharge

What a joke. Did you hear this one..two men walk into a Bosch service center to collect a car, 4 white people and one black man sitting there. The only one working to assist 6 customers is the black man the rest just sitting doing who knows what. After waiting for an hour it took us 1 min to pay. What a pathetic experience and we have been loyal customers with multiple vehicles serviced here for years. Never again.Service: Auto maintenance
