Recently had my vehicle repaired by Norman F.Hall. It took twice as long to repair as what was initially stated and i constantly had to follow up. I was happy with workmanship however i still am waiting for a letter to state what the warranty is and when they close for december as the vehicle needs to go back after 1000km"s. Well they closed now and i still am waiting.
I have been dealing with Norman f hall dating back to 1993.... The workmanship is top notch I do get a cold feeling from the management Some friendly conversation would and is always nice ... It shows interest in the client Suppose a little radio station in the background to cut the thick air would be e taboo
You know how difficult it is to get an engineering shop that works for you.I had 2 heads done there recently. If you get to speak to Mr. Hall you will hear about their goal and vision. I was fortunate enough to get a tour of the premises. Thank you Mr. Hall for your contribution in making small businesses deliver quality work.
