You can fill your car here and be able to eat food and drinks before you hit the road.
The lady that cleans the toilets is absolutely rude, the health and safety regulations are not followed. She had no sign indicating the floor is wet then she rudely tells me to get out of the booth because it's wet, then she pulls a race card on me telling me I'm black and shouldn't be walking on a wet floor? Are whites allowed to walk on wet floors, like really? Then there was no manager to attend to my complaint!
Best service ever, just don't buy the dobut, they taste funny
Very good,customer care very good,Petrol attendance very quick and friendly,parking space if you want to buy food very big.I REALLY LOVE THE PLACESHELL M2 ULTRA CITY.
For all fuelling needs. Petrol attendants are friendly and knowledgeable about car needs. There's also few South African brands for on the go food and snacks.
Very very slow services, more than 15 minutes spent and more of those minutes I am not even waiting in line I am next to a pump,
Manager Sakhile was rude to me cause he didn't like the fact that I had told him that I was over charged as on the shelve it's written R13, 00 but when I pay at a till it was now R16, 40.
My go to place for the loo to "wee" in the "wee" hours when driving back from the devil wears stilletos Lol... Don't ask! Toilets are always clean and seems everytime I've been here it's like they were just being cleaned. Has all basic restaurants.
I stop here early one Sunday morning on my way to work, as I’ve always had great service and never had the time to take pics and review. So all goes well, until I was asked to move to another pump, all good, easy like sunday morning. Life goes on, no offer to wash screen, or attempts to find out if I’m paying by card where he could go fetch it so long.... Petrol in, he comes ask, “ cash or card.....?” I said card. He had to go fetch machine. All fine, I’m chilled. THE F@&&ng machine not workingafter 5 minutes of pressing buttons he said I must park car and go pay at desk. Well. Now I’m not a happy camper. The service at the desk was just as slow as all staff more interested in each other’s temperature with the temp gun....explains a lot... Paid and left. Look, the place is very convenient, state of the art pumps, clean, lots of space and I would definitely go back. Suppose I just had a bad experience
Fill and go no waiting, unless for parking ofwhich there's also big space for that,awesome garage
