Pathetic,feul attendants are slow,you wait and wait while they are looking at you,really pathetic,will never use this place again
How do you have 8 pumps and only 2 attendance??
Only reason I fill up here is for E bucks and clicks points.. they never listen, never fill my car up properly and I say 93 about 5 times and they still put 95 in then ask you what now. What do you mean what now, why would my 1000cc car need 95??? Staff is polite but they just don’t listen
The more I visit this place, the more I hate it. It is pure necessity that causes me to go there. I would rather go out of my way to visit the Sasol across the road than deal with these guys. Twice the attendants have allowed fuel to overflow, more than 2 litres, who paid for that? Yesterday they swiped my card for fuel, attendent told me it did not go through, so I paid cash, the next day I saw on my bank statement that the transaction was successful and that it did go through. I had to go back to the petrol station the next day so I could let them know what happened showed them cash receipt and that it has gone off my account to get money back, they said I must take it up with the bank, they cannot help me or put fuel in my car to that value. That's is a half an hour procedure, if the bank is not busy. Filling out forms then have to wait for up to 3 weeks for the reverseal to refect. Never mind the fact that I have to follow up with the bank weekly if it has not refelcted yet. I am tired of the poor service and that manager might as well be redundant because he just smiles and has no power to do anything, seriously annoying. It is only because they have a good position that they get any business at all.

A nice centre But what a letdown the restrooms are Stuck in an unsafe area in the back. Come on guys ,you have a lovely set up but you have let yourselves down expecting you clients to use such awful ablutions
Its a nice fuel garage. A nice place to freshen up and get snacks after a long trip.
Ask to have tank filled up. My fuel instructions on the inside clearly state stop filling when the nozzle clicks. The guy continues to overfill. Spills all down the side of my car and also all around the inside of the fuel port. This is the very reason I dont go to shell and now it shall be Engen. You guys can learn alot from Sasol.
Was helped by James today. Great to see that he had a mask, gloves and hand sanitizer. Don't usually use Engen but such service reflects well on your company.
The service is pathetic, the staff is unhelpful, not enough attendants to help the customers, the 2 woman behind the till is useless and at 06h10 ignoring the customers, walking around.... NOTHING IS AS BAD AS BEING IGNORED WHEN YOU IN A HURRY TO GET TO WORK!@!!!!!! WAKE UP OR SELL OUT!!!!
