The best service ever. Stopped there with a flat tyre due to a pothole we hit and all the available attendants jumped in and helped to replace the flat tyre with the spare wheel. Was on our way home again within 30 minutes. Thank you for being so awesome.
All the staff members are super friendly but the lady behind the food counter is just the most amazing huma. She makes my day every time I go there.

My husband damaged two of his tyres on his way to the airport last week. He pulled into Sasol Rietfontein Road and phoned me to fetch his keys as it was only 05:00 and no shops were open yet. I phoned later and someone went outside to check the make and size of the tyres for me. When I returned there, they jacked the car up, removed both wheels for me, put it in my boot and even drove with me to a tyre place down the road. Both rims were damaged, but the tyres were fine, so they fixed the least damaged rim quickly so I could remove the car. When I got back to Sasol they put the repaired wheel and the spare wheel back on for me, checked the tyre pressure on both and waved good bye, all with big smiles on their faces. What a great experience! Thank you for all your help, you guys are top notch!
The worst Sasol petrol station in the country.
This Petrol Station is an absolute nuisance. We stay in close proximity to it. And every single weekend they get intoxicated customers or their staff that play loud music and basically have parties at this establishment in the early hours of the morning, between 12:00 and 04:00 Their employees do absolutely nothing about it and i have requested on numerous occasions to get in contact with the management of this business. But to no avail. I am sick of this and planning to approach local authorities to get advice on the situation. This can not continue Owner contacted me and comitted to finding a more workable solution to getting rid of noisy customers. Thank you to Sasol Rietfontein management for contacting me and taking the time to talk to me.

Staff not wearing masks. Car wash very slow. Attendants more worried about their phones than washing and cleaning.
