Terrible service.. klipriver engen garage.I have just been turned away . We have been sitting the whole day without electricity,went to get 2lt of petrol for my generator and was told 'no' they don't fill containers.what if I my car had run out and I was stranded.Petrol attendant was extremely rude about it.The last power out was less than a month ago and I got 4lt of petrol there with no problems at all.I literally live one block away and have been a loyal customer for the past 18 years some of the staff even know me by name. Extremely disappointed.
Well run like most Engen garages. Car was normally has specials during the week. Steers almost never have Icecream in the evening.
Not taa bad, quite a basic gas station. What's wonderful is the Steers that's available there. Tons of specials going on, not taa bad or shabby just alright.
Nothing more frustrating than reaching a petrol station that's not adequately staffed. So you end up parking off hoping one of the miserable attendants eventually help fill your tank. After a full tank of petrol at a significant cost of R907, I wasnt even offered a normal windscreen wash and was told some customers dont prefer it. But then why not ask instead of simply being useless? This petrol station is really not recommended. Use the BP on the same road instead. Won't return.
The worst car wash ever . You take your car for a full valet and 2 days later you find it in the same state. I am so disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone. The regular wash will do but not a full valet.
Waited for over 5 minutes to be helped. When the attendant came out to help and said I would go somewhere else. He said ok. #engenpathetic #whatservice
Staff need proper training. They do not know how to greet and do not offer any service at all as for management they either not on site or cannot be found by the staff.
Sadly a bad experience at the car wash.
Service was great. I can't complain.
