Im a regular customer at this garage, consistently without fail I use this garage, be it for petrol or using the quick shop and any other services they offer. Today, 31 January 2023 our area Ormonde has a water outage and knowing the garage has a borehole I went there to seek assistance. Upon my arrival the supervisor or whatever title he holds called George rudely denied me water even after explaining numerous times that I am desperate for water he rudely locked or tied up the tap in front of me, hurling insults. Now I get it that its the garages borehole after all however as a loyal amd consistent customer the treatment could be better. So its okay for us to queue in your petrol pumps but it then automatically becomes a nuisance when we queue for water. There are hardly water outages in this area, so the one time we really need your assistance we are treated inhumanely. The water situation is likely to last only two days but we remain customers throughout the year. Yet you cant even bare with us as customers. Had I not been a regular customer I would probably not mind the treatment received. But coming to the garage seeing regular faces treat you like trash this time around because its a water request instead of petrol! Wow guys your service really sucks!
I came by Fomiss Shell after a long absence and I was so pleasantly surprised to see the same great service is still there after all these years!! Well done to the management and staff !! Keep it up !
Love it, car wash is reasonable and they do a proper job
There are no prices on items. My daughter was starving and I wanted to grab something quick. I asked the lady a the till Nonhlanhla for prices so we can choose what we want and she, in a very condescending tone said "I can't tell you the price of everything" I felt ashamed. Never coming back.
Usually I am happy with the service of the petrol attendants but I was not happy with Lusunzi at all. I specifically asked for 93 but guy puts 95 and 95 on my car goes really fast. I paid a whole R1200 and usually that lasts me 2 weeks byt because he put 95 now I have to refill again after a week and a half. I was a loyal customer there and this situation was not resolved properly. It was not even the first time this happened.

Worst service ever from Thato, the petrol attendant. I waited almost 15 minutes for him to finish serving this one car just in front of me. After that, when he’s serving me, he pours more fuel than what I had told him. He wouldn’t have the decency to apologise, but he told me to take it up with the manager. Like how rude can you get. I was so annoyed by the service. This garage will not be seeing me ever again.
Terrible service I fill up every week from them an all the patrol attendants know me Today I got stuck down the road with my other car an I came to fill up in a 5l gallon so I can bring the car to the garage , they refused to help Tapiso rudely said sorry we can't help ! I had to walk to sasol an they politely helped me From today will rather support other garages thats willing to help us
This garage does not even deserve one single star, the staff is rude last week I had bought bread and the lady at the cashier light skinned with short hair rudely asked me if I had R2 and when I said I do not have she rudely said that she was asking so that she gives me countless money, making faces at me I chose not to entertain it as I had people waiting for me outside and it was after 8pm and rushing to get home this is the one next to nandos and the other across the road as well I had gone on Friday to fill my gas the guy that fills gas left me standing there and walked away I tried to ask him if I should wait for him he ignored me and went inside the back without saying anything I waited and when 8 mins have gone passed I realised that he didn't plan on coming back, i had to Google to find another place nearby that fills gas. The staff from both these garages have no customer service they are rude and annoyed to even service people. Never would I ever sat foot again even if its pouring petrol and I would never advice anyone to go to these garages, you will have your day ruined no matter how understanding you are
There is extreme under performance from the staff here. The manager and/owner really have to address the attitude of their staff, its quite unacceptable. I happened to observe that one of the attendants woke up from a nap she was taking inside the store, meanwhile outside there are about 4 cars waiting to be filled for about 15 minutes already.
