This place has wrong parking system. Once u fill up its hard to get out or u scratch your car with yellow pole. I told manager the problem. He replied so rudely and say who gave you authority to say its not parking here. Manager Name Mr Joe. On duty 23 November at 1800 hours

What a very dirty place!!! Terrible - bathrooms filthy, both men and woman. Staff members use the bathrooms and do not even waah their hands and afterwards prepare food. Stinking and dirty. Its a shame!!

Bad service as usual. No queue management, attendance struggling to adequate attention to customers. Understaffed on a busy weekend. Management is lax when it comes to service, bad reflection of the Shell brand.

The serving I received from the petrol attendants was great. Keep it up!

Shell ultra is always busy because of travellers to and fro Polokwane and Jo'burg, located at about 10km from the Polokwane CBD, this is the filling station to get your trip going,it has a convenient shopping store, selling all you need for your trip and your home, it's also well known for a safely resting space for code 14 truck drivers,a steer's branch is also available for steer's's steak and steer's's burger lovers, also has a bathroom accessible also to wheelchair users, and has wheelchair accessible parking lot also, thanks to the staff for being hands on even on the busiest weekends

Waiting 30 minutes for service, pathetic ,I did not expect this from shell

Steers service is very bad. When you order they are not friendly at all its like they don’t want to help or take my order

Nice place to stretch your legs on the way from Polokwane to Gauteng. There's a Steers and Kfc in addition to the filling station shop

Poorly run, worn down, badly managed. Try and skip if you can

Stopped at Steers for breakfast. Very disappointing service ! Many of the items on menu unavailable. Floor dirty! Won’t be going there again!!
