Not the first time I come to throw in fuel and the attendants except 2 who are helping customers just stand there and watch you. If I could put the fuel in myself I would coz this is annoying and then 2 taxis pull up after me and they go serve the taxis. I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Then to come put fuel in over here again. The shop inside the tellers are always friendly and polite.otherwise 2/10
Basic engen garage well kept and clean could use some better parking

Ordered numerous times from them through Ubereats. NEVER got the order right. Would order Krispy Kreme gourmet R62.28 but they would send the original R41.40. Happened over 5 times. Kept giving them a chance. After the first order they got wrong, I made sure to include a note insisting they get the order right and if they don't have stock of that product, they should CANCEL the order but instead, they'll take your money and put a cheaper replacement. Daylight robbery. I called owner the last time and he had some excuse that they can't see what exact product it is on their side, only that it's Krispy Kreme. Can you not see the price difference??? What a lie! I gave them one more chance today. Called before I ordered to make sure what stock they have. Then tried to order but it seemed they would not accept my order. I tried 10 times. I proceeded to swear to never support Engen Sebenza ever again including petrol and order something sweet from another place. *I see a review 10 months prior about the store being bad when ordering through Ubereats. The management said they'll work on it. Doesn't seem to have been worked on...
Service has got worse and worse .. seems the new owners are milking the business to death ... staff are negative ... just become a miserable experience rather drive further to get fuel

Was shocked that I had to pay to use the restroom and then it STILL did not have any toilet paper and it was dirty. Really disappointing
The difference in new management is clearly noted, absolutely loved the experience, quick to wash my window, friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonably for it being a convenient store.
