Worst service ever. I have been going to this BP almost daily for over a year even going so far as to occasionally tip the cashier as well as the jockies but after tonight never again. I went the at around 21:10 on my way from work to grab some bread for lunch the next day only to be refused entrance. Upon asking why they could only serve me through the window I was ignored. I persisted and after about three attempts the cashier on duty said they had been robbed to often and so they have decided to close the doors. Now, this seems a bit odd as the cashier had two guys in the shop with him dressed in civies, one of which was nearly behind the counter. I guess they were either friends or possibly a shift change... but they all seemed rather hostile at me just asking why I could not come in. Seriously I'm never going back there. There are other service stations available to me within a km.
Cannot swipe for fuel and car wash together... Car wash completely separate to garage now... They would rather lose a tank fuel then do extra admin
I would recommend that if you offer the ability for your customers to pay with there phones, your staff needs to know how the service works. Very annoying being told sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. What is the point then?
Rest Room is available and clean, coffee is reasonably priced and convenience store has frequent specials.
Good service station, excellent car wash service but pricing can be adjusted
