I went to the WW Quickshop and didn't receive service I expected on Friday around 8pm. I called now asked who was the manager... got told Dora. I told the lady can Dora call me when she is free... she abruptly cut my call. I think WW head office needs to know this.
As usual, I receive great service from this Engen. This week Palesa helped me. She was on a mission, not messing around. Checked my water and tyre pressure as if she knew my car inside out. When I left she checked my wheels as I drove and realized the wheelcap came off. She quickly picked it up and made sure it was well fitted before letting me go. Very impressed with the service I received from her.
Great service, love your filling station. Staff just give that extra attention to detail which cannot be found elsewhere! Keep it up guys!! Chidi level of service is amazing!
I personally like Engen garages for fuel & store. Usually there is Woolworths products in the store amongst the normal shop stuff
Your shop staff is some of the rudest I've experienced, wow! Saturday, 24 April 2021 morning ~05:00. What a terrible experience, especially the lady at the coffee and pie counter. She has some serious issues. And your coffee machine's milk is sour! I will definitely not be coming back to this Engen, ever.
Stop here at your own risk! I stopped there on 5 May 2021 to get snacks and had my car broken into and a backpack stolen they obviously thought it was a laptop. When I got to work and realised the bag was gone, I phoned explained what happened and requested thw video footage. I was told by a very disinterested lady that there was nobody there that day that can help me but "they" would phone me the next day - I'm still waiting. I decided not to stop there again...but on Friday 31 July, I needed something and stopped there again. I got back to my car within five minutes, unlocked my door and immediately realized my "new" backpack had been stolen. I took the 'carguard' to the manager immediately to look at the cameras. So the cameras don't cover entrances and exits so no number plates are legible in parking areas. The manager kept telling me how he's doing everything to "help" and has two guards to watch the parked cars. Video footage shows the guard 5m away with his back to the parked cars. The lock was forced open and relocked, not remote jamming as I originally thought. So management knows there's a problem with theft from client vehicles. The perpetrators know exactly where the cameras are ineffective, and well-practiced at this garage well-informed maybe?. From my experience from the first incident, the inaction of the "guard" and the managers' behaviour, it seems that someone there is disinterested, incompetent and/or complicit when it comes to customer security... Thus far 16 of my colleagues and friends no longer stop there...and counting.
Had to pop in early to top up on fuel. Had the greatest fortune of being assisted by Balisa apologies for any misspelling, and her energy and friendliness were infectious unfortunate use of the term during the current pandemic, however, the most apt, and just set the tone of my own mood. Thank you for such incredible service.
Hi you need to teach you attendents how to fill a motorcycle. On my way home they over refilled the bike and spilt petrol all over the bikes tank. If it wasn't for the rain I would have gone inside to complain.
I always fill up there and one of our employees also fiils up there we work for a courier comp. I was standing and waiting for a fill up in a row when it was my turn they said the taxi should go so i will never go there again $#%@%%@% you
