I'm not very happy about the service charges and the other fee, I guess I should have read the contract better. Affordable Propane was so much better
A note to potential new customers. I was just informed by email that they are no longer taking new customers due to staffing shortages, and may resume in early 2023. That email came from Holly.
Great people to work with. They make an extra effort to deliver on my schedule. The drivers are friendly and very careful and safe.
Had my RV propane tanks refilled here once before with no complaints. Recently went back to refill - keep in mind there are multiple large signs still advertising propane tank refills. Walked up to door with small sign they don't do that anymore due to staffing issues. Will go else where now.
These people are rude,crude with major attitudes. They can't even stay open during hours of operation. Pulled in about 15 minutes before they closed and nobody would answer the door. Guess they don't want to stay in business for much longer. They may be one of the cheapest places but good customer service is very important too. Don't recommend this place to anyone.
Best price for propane. Best customer service. I'm a customer for life! Jose came to the house to fill tank and spent 1+ hour helping me trouble shoot my new pool heater installation. He returned the following week and helped me re-do the gas line to the pool heater at minimal charge. Pool heater works great now and pool is at the temperature we like... I accidentally cut the gas line from tank to house on Saturday. Called and left a message, Debra called me back within 30 min and Jose arrived in less than 2 hours and fixed the line. Jose & Debra saved us from a couple cold nights. Customer service doesn't get any better than that.

Enviro Gas has been taking care of my propane needs since moving into my new home 3 yrs ago. These guys are truly second to none when it comes to customer service! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of propane services. These guys have great prices and outstanding customer service! 5 stars!!
Recently switched services to EnviroGas and am thrilled with the prompt and personable service! Not only did EnviroGas get my new tank installed in a timely manner they also got it filled on the same day. I see now why they came so highly recommended. Definitely recommend their services!
We own our own tank so we often shop around to find the lowest prices. Again and again we come back to Enviro Gas. Their prices are generally the lowest, and their customer service is ALWAYS top notch!! Whenever our propane runs low, I call and they get out to fill the tank right away - even when I procrastinate and almost run out, they still help me out and take care of us!! I would be very hesitant to use a different company. Lance is our guy!!!
