The pumps, restrooms, and the entire facility are always in excellent condition. The staff at the CALTEX station in Umtentweni go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. Whether it's assistance with refuelling, locating an item in the store, or simply greeting customers with a friendly smile, they always exceed expectations. Moreover, the deli has a fantastic selection of fresh and delicious products. From hot pies to sandwiches, there is something for everyone. The quality of the food is excellent! And, the prices are very reasonable. While it goes without saying that fuel prices are often higher than we'd like, the excellent service, friendly staff, and clean facilities make the CALTEX station in Umtentweni an easy choice for me. Overall, this is a great place to stop, refuel, and recharge. Highly recommended!

From the petrol pumps right to the food department, I received absolute professional service! The chicken is delicious, the ladies working behind that counter are always smiling! From the owner right down to the cleaning staff, you are all very special people, your service is based on pride! I am proud to know these people because this business is built on happy employees! The best service. Quick, friendly staff, they do all checks on ur car and even wipe your mirrors. Years of visiting garages ,have never been offered a windscreen clean always had to ask. As for wiping mirrors i was gob smacked! Anytime im in the area i go to this garage,all staff are pleasant happy people.

Loved the dancing bunny. They had a live dj playing music and it wasn't even holiday season. Saw two attendants helping a woman getting keys that she locked inside her car.
Good service and friendly staff. Well stocked for such a small shop with some greens for those "forgot to buy" times. Enough parking space is a plus.

The fuel that the attendant filled wasn't reflecting on the fuel gauge. Absolutely terrible service, no one could assist us. There was no manger to be found. No contact details. The attendant just disappeared and no one helped or assisted us in any way. Rather stop at any of the other garages along the way. Don't ever fill fuel here.
