Bought a Freelander from Epic cars recently. Rob was really accommodating, being flexible with appointment times and very welcoming and helpful throughout. The car was good to go and we agreed a couple of extra jobs which I wanted doing to the car which Rob organised and did with no fuss at all. I’ll be looking Epic cars up when I’m ready to change cars again and highly recommend them from my own experience.

This was the 1st time i had ever purchased a car without test driving it, let alone not actually seeing it for real. I relied soley on the word of Rob Clarke with regard to the cars condition and mechanical state and he didnt let me down. I asked about an odd alloy and no parcel shelf to which i was promised they would be rectified - they were. The car was given a valet and a multipoint inspection prior to deliver, and came with a comprehensive 8 month insurance backed guarantee. I live 3.5hrs drive from Epic Vehicle Sales so i enquired about the cost for delivering the car, as i had a px vehicle that we had included in the deal. Rob arranged for a transporter to deliver my new car to my work place and collect my old car at a very competitive price. All in all Rob's line of customer care and satisfaction was second to none - and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Thanks Rob.

I can't fault EPIC Vehicle sales. Bought a car online without viewing it first but wasn't happy with it, they were happy to return for full refund. Bought another car from these guys and I love it. They go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience and excellent customer service from Rob. We traveled by train to Sutton Parkway to pick up the car and they arranged a driver to pick us up, now that’s what I call going above and beyond for your customers. Car drives really well and as described in the advert. For the price paid we are very happy. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I had just had major surgery when I put down a deposit on a car unseen, and was not in a fit state to see it before paying the balance either as I was readmitted to hospital. Rob at Epic Vehicle Sales was brilliant with his communication, and was genuinely concerned for my welfare. When the car was eventually delivered I was very pleased with the condition of it, there was obviousLuna few age related marks on the car, but nothing that would not be expected from a 16 year old car. It’s been a real pleasure dealing wit him and I thoroughly recommend his company. 5 stars!

Bought a car from these guys, very happy with the car, drives really great. Was presented in a very good condition considers the age. A spring broke within the first few days of purchasing, we understood that these things can happen at any time. We gave Rob a call to see if he could help with he cost of repairs. He didn’t offer to contribute which we would have been happy with he just booked us in for an replacement spring to be fitted free of charge by his mechanic. Super impressed with the service considering we only paid £1500 for the car. Thanks again Rob!

Rob provided a level of customer service that other car dealers would do well to emulate. The description of the car I purchased was spot on. I would be happy to buy another car from him and will certainly recommend him to others. This dealer carried out a pre delivery inspection on the car prior to us driving away which really gave us peace of mind that the car was safe!

I first heard about Epic Vehicle Sales through a friend and I chose to buy a car from them today. I went to view their cars at the Sutton in Ashfield yard. Once I’d chosen the car I wanted to buy - it was seamless, efficient and professional transaction. Rob was so helpful, he registered my car and taxed it!! Two less jobs I didn’t have to worry about! I’m very happy with my car, a great price low mileage and in great condition. I will definitely use them again in the future and I recommend that you give them a try if you are looking for a great deal.

Went to view a car paid a deposit of £50 was told I was going to get the car by 5 days and when I contacted the guy I was told there was something wrong with the car and he had to send a part off to be repaired. Again I had to chase up on what was happening and was told that a company had let him down for the repair to then be told 45 minutes later that he had found a spare part. By this time 11 days later still not heard anything no contact at all with any updates. So I went and found a car that will be ready by the following day. Contacted to let him know I was not interested as I had waited to long, to be told that my deposit was not being refund and that he could chase me for the money he had spent on the car which he isn’t going to but I did not ask him to do that, that was what was needed anyway. I do not recommend this place to get a car from and to look elsewhere.
