The place was amazing, I and the group we enjoyed ourselves. The accommodations is super clean. The rate is very affordable, I still feel like we paid less for this awesome accommodation and to Fabrizio the owner was so helpful in giving us more information about Cape Town and what not to miss, the room service was top class they even washed our clothes and iron them. Am definitely coming back with my family

We had a lovely stay, the service was very good. It is perfect for kite/windsurfers, close to the beach and a garage to stall your equipment. There is also a side generator so you don’t have to worry about the load shedding.Rooms: 5/5

For my 10th times in South Africa, I still prefer Sunset Residence! For many reasons: very quiet place, next to the beach 10 minutes walking, nice building, very good service and super kindness of Fabrizio, the owner. For windsurfers and liters definitely one of the best place, garage for the quiver and large parking in front of it.

Super comfortable, lots of room, especially for a single traveller; swimming pool right outside the door perfect for the hot nights; on-site generator which meant I was never without power or wi-fi. Super close to the beach and to shops/amenities. Fabrizio is a fabulous host and the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Bonus: Hercules the resident German Shepherd. Will definitely recommend this place.

During my 4 months I've been there for a work project, it's been an absolute pleasure to have stayed there. Nice, clean, well equipped accommodation. Great location, 2 minutes walk from a little shopping Centre with an excellent steak restaurant and supermarket Woolies . 7 minute walk to the beach. 20 min drive to the city. Fabrizio the resident owner is professional, helpful and accommodating. AND good value. Definitely recommended.Rooms: 5/5

Such a lovely place to be guys. I was recently here with my wife for our wedding anniversary. Everything about the place is great and lovely. Such a friendly and a humble owner with lovely house keepers that are always ready to assist. Sunset residence is the right place to be as long as capetown is concern and we can't wait to be there again!!!.

Absolutely loved our time here. Fabrizio was so lovely, really kind and helpful always on hand with local knowledge and a taxi driver to take us where we wanted to go. The accommodation was clean and secure. The complex was lovely and super quiet. Delicious freshly prepared breakfast, free welcome drink and the lovely staff even hung the washing out and brought back in when dry. Hercules the “guard dog” was so lovely and gentle. He always checked out the apartment when we came back each night to make sure safe then riddled off. Great value for money, would highly recommend. Thanks Fabrizio.
