Ermelo Woolworths

Food section is smaller than other stores I have visited. You wait over 10 minutes to pay for your items as only 2 cashiers are on duty. Cashiers are friendly though

The service at Ermelo Woolworths is so poor. It's the second time today I'm told I need to pay in cash for my laybye and I waited over an hour first day I laybye and collecting it again waited over an hour for the staff to even locate the said laybye! Nobody knew where it was and I'm told I can't use a debit card to pay for laybye! Such poor service

Cashier's work slow and does not consider other people. They are doing you a big favor to assist you. Rather try the cafe around the corner, better service.

Well stocked and friendly servive

I usually buy chicken and avo Sandwiches in other Woolworths stores and they are always so delicious. So when I was in Ermelo I decided to buy one there. It was so disappointing. They put only 2 tiny slices of Avocado and it was really dry.

Well this was a great experience. Clean , neat, clear departments from ladies to kiddies wear you see wats wat and where. Also the division where clothing ends and food department starts. I was amazed by how it seemed small but spacious at the same time. Loved it

When I visited this shop, the air conditioner was off and it was very hot. It's wrong to save on electricity at the expense of loyal customers. In this time of covid 19 it's very irresponsible to deny people constant air flow, it's even worse to the shop staff who are at the shop for the entire day. Please take care of the people you need

The food section is smaller than the number of people who use the services, it is difficult to move around while shopping we are on top of each other, and the q moves slowly.
