ESangweni Guest House

The staff is friendly and welcoming, rooms are clean and neat. I don't prefer elsewhere than eSangweni. Unless a trip away from Richard's bay then.Rooms: 3/5

The management does not have business language. Their service is very poor and I will never go there again.Rooms: 1/5

Room not what we asked for. No self catering and not disabled friendly. Shower missing one door and other door completely loose. Windows does not close completely and lacking maintenance on rest of room. Very noisy during day.

They took a double booking and they called me last minute to say they have cancel the booking and i must find another accommodation. Yet i have booked and paid in advance. I have a wedding function to attend and this just added more pressure on me

Today was our last birthday celebration with my girlfriends hosted at Esangwen. It has been a great journey. We normally changed venues but ever since we discovered this guest house we didn't want to go to any of other venues in Bays. That is mainly because of the great service we are offered. Salute. Siyabonga... Nozipho and your staff. Melusi especially.. Isandla sendlula ingalo.

Not a pleasant experience at all, had lot of things to complain about. Needs some attention and serious catch up
