The northern part of the KwaZulu-Natal province is a paradise for the nature and culture loving traveller. It is here that one finds not only savanna with the famous Big-5 and other animals, but also forests, beaches, lakes, estuaries, wetlands and of course the sub-tropical Indian Ocean. Where else can one kayak amongst hippos and crocodiles, watch turtles lay eggs, see whales breach, swim with dolphins and whale sharks, scuba dive amazing coral reefs, embark on a walking safari with an armed ranger, take photos on game drives, enjoy the beach, or get eye to eye with cheetahs and elephants at an animal rehabilitation centre? And all of that less than two hours drive from each other. Moreover, the climate here is lovely and the region practically malaria free!
We regard ourselves as experts when it comes to create tours to northern KwaZulu-Natal. Contrary to other travel agents, we actually do really live here ourselves and can genuinely call ourselves specialists of the region. To achieve this, we give our guests/clients extensive information packs about the destinations, limit travel times between destinations to about 2 hours max, and have them stay for more than one day at destinations, in order to get a genuine experience.
