I cannot understand why this office reflects a open status on the website while the office is close due Corona for sum time now. Really Eskom we deserve better! Their telephone number no longer exists

Called customer care and they tell you to go eskom walk in Centre linbro Park. This is the notice I find... apparently they've closed over a year ago!

Your office r just there for nothing cos these no help coming from there instead only those full of making the side money full of corruption n funny part is that we keep reporting about the kaalfontein ext 23 transform from April until today no help also the people that doesn't have boxes the have light and those who pay for electricity doesn't have no assistance at all Its either u pay the corruptor the money or you don't have electricity

Worst service you will ever receive. I submitted my application to register my meter number December 2019. It is now July 2020 and I still have not received feedback. No one answers the phones or emails.

Very impressive service. The new house we bought had been disconnected. We called in at their offices and the lady arranged a technician who reconnected us the same day.

Offices are empty and no one to help on the phone or by email. Absolutely useless Eskom as usual
