Today 22nd August 22' I called Eskom's call centre to report my prepaid meter being faulty. A lady by the name of Lisel assisted me. She was very efficient and knowledgeable and sorted out my issue. Well done, Eskom needs more staff like you.
Absolutely useless. I have been waiting for a repair for almost two weeks! I get a call from Sipho Njarara, Almost a week after the fault was reported, who confirmed that they will repair the fault the following day. Sipho promised to call back the next day to confirm the fault was repaired. Still waiting! Its a pity there is a no star ratting!
