I don't know how many times I came back to this store because of their perfect customer service, such as phenomenal team, special Thanks to the Lady that has helped me from day 1 Christelda!!! So patient so calm thank you very much. Keep up the good work.

I was there a couple of days ago. The female at the self medication  counter was very unfriendly and impatient, even with the old man that was infont of me. Please EHP put people at your counters who treats people with respect and patients, we do not always know the names of the meds we buy. Not happy

Cannot think of anything positive to say. It appears that the pharmacies in the Kuilsriver area score poorly on customer satisfaction and that is also my experience. Perhaps it is time to see if the 24-hour pharmacy in Bellville is any better. Update: I have gone back to the revamped store and found the service and store greatly improved therefor the earlier 2stars become 4stars.

So my wife went to kuilsriver branch to get meds for our daughter, she arrived at 19h28 and they had already closed the doors. She begged the security to open and he refused. She stood there and argued until all floor staff were standing and watching her plea while the security was actually laughing at her. The pharmacist said that she arrived at 19h32 and refused to help her. It took security 2minutes to call the pharmacist and everyone just stood and watched. Thank you to all for nothing. Maybe you should change your times o  the website to 19h28 and not be in such a hurry to close doors, everybody all ready packed and ready to leave for home.

Very friendly and helpful people. Clinic is efficient, quick and affordable.

The nurses who work here are so sympathetic. They actually care. Very friendly staff. I wish government clinics would operate and employ more people like this. Keep it up!

Strict on Covid-19 protocol. Staff scheduling is excellent. Staff acknowledging all customers entering their business. It's a joy to go there. Their Baby Clinic, in fact the entire Pharmacy, is operating like a well oiled machine. Well done management and staff for treating your customers like Royalty. One star doesn't describe the humiliation experienced, I am disgusted in the level of service received. My girlfriend asked one of the staff members a simple question thrice "Where do I go for the clinic services" she was not answered , the staff member then started being rude for no reason , my girlfriend then walked away and said the customer service is pathetic. Thereafter the staff member followed her and started insulting her infront of everyone, telling her next time she should not walk away from someone even though she could not even take the time to deliver basic customer service, but is exceptional at harassing a customer. Being the better person my girlfriend left the store, the staff member came running out shouting and trying to start a fight the supervisor had to literally pull her to stop. She had no apparent reason for acting the way she did, is this really the type of people you employ. Does she realize the customer actually pays her salary? This is unacceptable and will definitely be taken further

I am happy to part of this pharmacy, all young and friendly people. Today I had a very bad experience with Mariska De Wit at self medication section, I ask a simple question and the reply I got was very sarcastic. I was blown away  by her rudeness. What happened to Customer service?

The staff is unprofessional with their vulgar language. The staff that stand in the aisles talk with eachother constantly , not even discreet but shouting.
