I purchased a bunch of stuff from Bobbi Brown during Black Friday online - received an invoice from Ester Lauder. Have tried numerous times to call the number provided and I was number 51 downwards and it disconnects. Tried the WhatsApp number and the arrogance of the person to say that I will be refunded as the courier could not contact me - this is madness as I never received a call. I want my goods and not a refund!! It’s a scam with these people

Bunch of Scammers! They promise you free gifting if you spend over a certain amount. I have placed and paid for online orders over the value of what is required for free-gifting and have not once received my free gift. When escalated all you get is an apology. NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY SPENT!!!!

I would love to compliment a Lady by the name of Athania at the Cresta Truworths Estée Lauder counter. She is beyond helpful and goes the extra mile for my daughter and I. She is extremely reliable with contacting customers. She is friendly and willing to help with a smile on her face. Due to her impeccable service we only go to the Cresta Truworths Estée Lauder counter. It is extremely hard to find service like this in today's times in our country and therefore service like this cannot go unnoticed. Well done to her and her amazing customer care. From Saadia Jooma.

Website online store is really bad

3rd attempt at a purchase, everytime a 14 day refund wait due to their technical error. Last purchase missing. Money gone. No order reflecting and no refund. Now no one responds

Been using Estee Lauder double wear stay in foundation for 3 years now ,The product is amazing the best

i have used estee lauder for the past 3 years now, purchasing the product at truworths wonderpark. i used the double wear make up 6CI RICH COCOA. but for the past couple of months i feel cheated cause it doesn't seem to be it. i use to be confident when i have my make up on now it just feels like i have nothing on just pure dust. i do not know if i should seek a consultancy or anything, but it has not been working for me lately and i am still buying it, cause i am a loyal buyer otherwise i would have gone and seek for something else

Very bad service...went to sale and was promised an invoice via mail ...waiting for 10 day with no invoice....false promises...very bad service. Won't shop there again....very unhappy.

Foundation up with R80/R90 a bottle....u can keep it!!!
