I had the greatest experience. The Consultant Barbie just gave me three dresses to choose from and I was sold. She was very friendly and professional. Eurobride does not make you feel like a number; they make you feel like you are the only customer they have. I changed the collection date for my dress and they were so understanding. Great team!!!!
I was extremely impressed with my consultant, Julia. She made it a great experience. I went wedding dress shopping at other bridal houses but did not have the same experience at all. Julia made me feel comfortable and she drew exactly what I was looking for in a gown. At he end I had to make a decision between two gorgeous gowns. I will recommend Euro bride and especially Julia as a consultant to any soon to be bride. Their service was professional and excellent.
Arriving things started off a bit slow as we didn’t get attended to according to the time BUT they put more time and effort in assisting me thereafter which I truly appreciated. Maybe it was because we were a big group Eurobride has the best consultants! Mine was very helpful and assisted me in finding my dream dress! She was so focused on what I wanted and took my needs and wants into account perfectly. Nothing was too much for her
The ladies at Eurobride were so friendly and professional and they made my dress shopping experience awesome. The issue however is my dress deposit not having been paid back to me almost two months after the wedding. I've emailed and reached out to them but I still have not received my deposit. For that, I will give them 1 star
My first dress fitting experience was very exciting and I had lots of fun fitting the dresses. Bobbi made the whole experience a very memorable one, her service was excellent and her bubbly and fun character put me at ease as I was fitting the different dresses. I got my perfect dress from Eurobride and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Their dresses are exquisite!
Service is impeccable! The ladies are very helpful and make you feel very comfortable to be in the store. They know their dresses very well. They know how to match a dress to each individual looking for a dress which I feel is super important because you may think you know but you actually don’t. I didn’t feel judged or that I was wasting my time. We had laughs and cried but I guess it was all part of the experience! I would recommend Eurobride Bryanston to anyone because wow!!! What a show room and what a team!
I came in the shop very unsure of what I was looking for and not confident but these girls were so amazing to help me get to know myself what I like and how they can make my dream come true! And they did it I found my perfect dream dress in 1 hour it was a blast. I feel good about myself and loved my dress all because of their kind, loving and warm approach. The experience was disappointing. As a bride you'd think the staff will be sensitive to your needs but NO. The senior consultant very quick to throw the rule book at me. My dress was late, not the right length size but they want to charge for alterations. The dress was not what I ordered but at every turn I must pay for alterations. Eurobride sells dreams of custom made dresses but fail dismally to deliver
I had a wonderful experience at Eurobride. My consultant - Bobbi - was enthusiastic and full of energy. I had tried on gowns at a bridal shop before but the consultant was not able to capture my vision for myself as Bobbi did. I ended up choosing the very first dress that she showed me! Thank you Eurobride!
