I had the most amazing experience with The Bridal House Bryanston, since the first day. I felt home. You made me feel like family. Always received the best service, could call anytime to quickly pass by to make sure of my fitting. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Staff members did not once make me feel ashamed of my body instead they empowered me to have more self confidence and be happy with my body. I would love to work with The Bridal House again, when ever you need a model for your most amazing dresses. I am here
I truly had an amazing experience with each of the ladies that work here. They are so genuinely happy for their clients and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is nothing but positive. My favourite moment is when they gave the girls accompanying me a talking to prior to trying on any dresses saying that they are not allowed to be nasty or say anything negative not that they would I love that they had my back from the very beginning! Everything was done so conveniently, they took care of the alterations in-house and organised the dry cleaning too. Would recommend them to any bride-to-be!
I had a wonderful first time try on experience with Michelle and the team in Bryanston. The shop is easy to get to and is located in a quiet complex. Right from the get go Michelle was very welcoming, keen to get to know me and my mother and genuinely interested in my story. She does a great job of explaining the process and the goals for the session. Some options to try out were prepared prior to the appointment and we were offered refreshments before the try on. Michelle was great and communicative, being patient, kind and affirming when she was helping me into different styles. She listened to all the specifications we had and did her best to suggest and bring out dresses that matched. She also suggested creative ways to bring my dream dress to life together with the designers Nelly and Yvonne. One very sweet thing that she did is that once we found what was the perfect dress she played the song I plan to walk down the isle to for us to envision. What a beautiful moment we were able to have with my mom. I'd recommend working with Michelle and her team in a heartbeat. We've continued to have email communication and calls as we work on the finer details. Overall, they made my first experience beautiful and I'm glad I landed my dress here!
It was a great experience, Yvonne was very good at what she does. She made us feel comfortable, she showed us exactly what we wanted to see and helped us see what the dress would look like with our changes. She was very professional, she was sweet and gave us a great experience overall. Thank you to Yvonne for such great service ! Will definitely be recommending to other brides

I was assisting a bride and found the staff have an attitude and are extremely unwelcoming. Their communication needs to improve as to when things will be ready. The dress fitting was supposed to be 14:00, however, we received a phone call at 13:30 stating that it we should come at 15:00 but we were already on our way. The lady assisting us said that we would be helped at 14:00 once we arrived however we were only helped an hour later with no communication or updates.
