I have been super stressed about the lighting plans for my new apartment and really wasn't sure how to go about it. But one hour with their lighting specialist, Randall, gave me a huge amount of confidence. He used different pieces of software to sketch up my apartment layout, and then plotted different lighting plans and showed me how the illumination in each room would look. Extremely competent, friendly and efficient - really impressed with this service. Thank you Eurolux and thank you Randall!
Bought emergency lights and am not impressed at all. First they last less than an hour. My worst, when there's loadshedding, and the light switch is off, the lights just flickers until the battery is done. Imagine that at night when you are asleep...
Everyone knows am big on customer service and that's the first thing I look at..Eurolux gave me that..hence my rating and the gentleman that greeted mehe wears glasses..can't remember his namewas very nice and warm and assisted me till I walked away a happy customer.
Hi Eurolux, I want to thank you and appreciate your care, Love for your employees. I'm the neighbour of Mr Johannes Moshama who passed away last week and the way I saw support from your company, staff present during his last sent off was amazing. We recently 2 Saturdays ago bought the below from checkers Mall of Africa in response to increasing loadshedding: *EUROLUX FS275 RECHARGEABLE EMERGENCY LED LIGHT This lamp doesn't even last 30mins after a full charge, it's by far the worst rechargeable lamp we have ever come across. You might ask 1 why we bought your brand and 2 why we didn't return it? 1 we were actually looking for a magneto since we have one we bought 3 years ago that's still in great working condition. But Checkers doesn't keep that brand so we thought since eurolux is a well known brand it should be fine. 2 we seldom retain slips and packaging so I don't have the patience to go argue with them to take this nonsense purchase back. Please do us a favour and relook this product or be honest about its running time to save the next customer the heartache of such disappointment. Generally speaking Eurolux has great products but the above lamp falls short of expectation. you can do better, please do better.
Had an issue with a small led emergency light we bought from builders. Within an hour of mail, I got a manager's email to ask for the unit. Dropped off, and will be replaced and delivered back to my home. This is a case of service I have not seen in South Africa. A senior manager, Bev, helping a grumpy old man get a new light, which cost very little. This is a remarkable company. From the security , to reception and their Sales team. Well done. My posts have had 40 000 views on Google, so take note. Reviews matter. Service matters. Thanks Bev and team. Keep it up!!!
Being trying to find out if I can buy a replacement glass from them for a W563 lamp but there is no response - sent many emails and nothing. Tried the telephone today and the call just fails?
Arrived here Sat 11 Feb 2017 at 12h00. Security guard not at his post. Waited 10 minutes before he popped from around the building only to find out Eurolux does not open on Saturdays. Management to fix the website. This was highly inconvenient!
Slowest dispacth team ever. This was the last time I ever order something from them.
Most unhelpful in dealing with the public. Only deal with vendors.
