BE AWARE , when you order ONLINE- 10% "handling fee" if you send it back + WynbergLightning charges another fee on top of that. I order a chandelier - online- when it arrived it did not suit my taste. I looked online to try and find an alternative but did not like any other lights. The Chandelier was R14500. I paid R2175 "handling fee. That is 15% in total...
Nice showroom with a vast choice of different lights and not so cluttered as other light showrooms. Prices not too bad but you cant purchase lights here you need to contact an agent
I fitted my house with tha same Radiant Ceiling fan code JX01A about 3 years ago. They are still being sold. 2 of lamp covers broke. Have been trying to order new covers for 2 years now. Only to be told it is out of stock. Even spoke to the Gauteng Rep for Radiant. Nothing came of promise to have it ordered. Terrible service
I've been unfortunate to buy a few LED globes from Radiant and none of them lasted even a 1/20th of the expected lifetime. Utter rubbish. Rather buy a trusted brand.
It's a good place visit if you are shopping for household light fittings and accessories. They also have other limited products but mainly they cater for all types of light products. They slso have proper LED light strips and connectors and they are open on Saturdays until 13:00 if you cant make it during a weekday. They don't keep as large a selection as the head office but the general public can't purchase from the Head office either. All in all a good place to come to when you are contemplating a light upgrade
Bought 6 landscaping spike lights for R650 each. They have integrated LEDs and are supposed to last 25 000 to 30 000 hours. 2 of them failed after less than 8 000 hours. At that price, I was expecting a much higher quality. I logged a complaint but haven't received any feedback for 14 days

He went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me, and spent time with me to understand exactly how to wire the fixture as well as help me find parts for this fixture which is no longer in production. Thank you so much for your dedication, patience, and knowledge. Thank you Jabu for saving my skin, and making me feel welcomed and looked after when I was in way over my head. Please keep him around for as long as possibe, as the service I got from him was beyond what I have ever received anywhere in the world. Thank you!

Hi Attached find a picture On some of some of your packaging there is a spelling error. The word making is incorrectly spelled as makig, which reflects bad on your company. I hope you can rectify your spelling error. Thanks Koos Bornman
