Front desk service from Emma was fine but when we got out to the vehicle itself we were assisted by Lloyd - what an incredible person. This man is an absolute credit to Europcar - make him the manager! So refreshing to experience such fantastic service.

Visiting from Cape Town for the week and the guys at Europcar just made it extra special, totally loved Andy and all of the team, I would recommend Europcar Lanseria anytime day or night % service all round

No cars available to rent. The ones that are, are being cleaned so one has to wait an hour to get a car. Besides that, the pricing is quiet high. A Kia Picanto here is about a R100 more than a Nissan Almera which is a higher category vehicle at another car rental across from them if you want to be "Thrifty" with your hard earned money. Hint hint, nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more.

Initially we were left waiting outside for 20 minutes before the staff pitched up to help us. One of the other rental agencies had to go and find the gentleman who was supposed to help us. Once he arrived the service was perfect. I'm sure that this was an isolated event, but perhaps Europcar can iterate the importance of customer service to the branch.

I have used Europcar Lanseria on 9 separate occasions and I have found their service to be impeccable.  The staff are friendly and always willing to assist from the booking desk to the staff in the vehicle bay.  Every car we have received has been clean, fully fueled and in good working order.  I have found Europcar Lanserias rates 'to be very competitive.

I do not recommend Europcar. We filled up the fuel tank just before we gave the car to them and even gave them the slip. Then the next week they send us a slip showing they threw 16 litres fuel more in. They are taking serious chances, it is impossible how they could of trough 16 litres of fuel more in. Will use Avis instead next time.

Made an online booking but when collecting the car a totally different rate was presented by an argumentative agent. Will never use them again. Avis is always on point, rather use them.

A Renault Sandero Stepway and a Polo Vivo are NOT equivalent to a Ford Fiesta. The promised car is never in stock, and they always try to give you significantly cheaper cars claiming they are "equivalent". Unethical business practice.
