Such an amazing Spa. Tranquil, quiet and so peaceful. The services was out of this world world they went an extra mile for us. We did a couples treatment and it was the best experience. I'm definitely coming back.

I went to the Spar aa a birthday gift, the lady who attended me wwa very good and friendly, I was happy then I was offered food to take away, when I opened the meat was black, I'm talking about chicken, the chips where so dry I could flake it as I squeeze then, I sent complain even today no apology nor acknowledgement from them.
Disappointed by how my booking was managed by Nisa. And having to argue on a day you are meant to relax was just not an option for me. The therapists who did our full body massage deserve 5 star rating on their own. Food i wouldn't recommend you take up the lunch package the food is not nice and the space also not quite suitable. Rasul treatment never bother booking that one it's like an extra cost they try not to have. Under different management i Would go for the massage. Nothing more.
I had a pedicure done at the spa, my nails look like they have been painted by an infant. The nails were also not filed straight so they are rigid. Definitely not a professional spa treatment

Went for massages and we arrived early and paid for an hours treatment and the therapists only did 45/50 min, the towels in the massage room were thread bare, old and hard from the oil, the actual massage was terrible, it was literally the same movement with no pressure or effort for the entire time, I requested on email that the owner contact me to discuss this but they chose not to. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of time and money.

Did the winter warmer special and added body scrub and scalp massage. The therapist didn't even untie my hair and did the same movement for the whole scalp treatment, to the point that it got irritating. Definitely not properly trained. I had to ask therapist to work softer with body scrub it was so sore. Rooms was ice cold. I thought the fire and ice foot ritual and scalp massage was still coming and we were done. Very disappointing. Wasn't worth the money.
