I am loving the new store. This book store has always been my hiding spot. Friendly staff and great service. The store is much much bigger with the new renovation. I really like the new kids area. There are a lot more books and and seating space.

I went to your Menlyn shop to do an exchange and I was told the book I want is only at Brooklyn. I drove there to exchange and your employee was extremely rude. I was exchanging a book I bought the previous day as a gift for another book. There was a balance left as the book I initially bought was about 200 more and I told her she can give me cash or put it on my card then she proceeded to say we don’t give cash only store credit and I asked why and she kept quiet then I asked for the manager and she said the manager isn’t at work and i asked what’s her name and she said no I won’t tell you. She was extremely rude. Gave me a gift card I don’t want and I honestly didn’t appreciate her tone
A big store full of books everywhere you turn beautiful. It has the books of many different genres and lovely people working there.

Excellent service received from the manager, Lorette. She organised somebody who lives near me to deliver a book I bought from Exclusive Books Brooklyn. Because of Covid-19 restrictions I could not fetch the book myself. Thank you Lorette! You are the best.
Very friendly and helpful staff, but travel book selection not very good. Couldn't find anything to plan our European holiday.
Recently renovated, always have a stellar range of reasonably priced books. They have reorganized their layout and have a designated kids area in the corner. They always have helpful staff. This exclusive books often has book events such as new releases or kiddie specific days. Something extra that I haven't seen done elsewhere.
