Waiting 7 months for refund of a promise that was never delivered. Will never do business again

No Respect for clients, i bought 2 fish from them after a long fight he promised me a refund and 2 years later he still promise me the refund and just nothing happens.

Avoid this place. Deceitful owner. He will get you to prepay for things and take weeks or months to deliver. And supplies sick fish. Avoid this place!

Shall I say just another petshop. Your usual array of food and accessories. I thought they could spend abit more effort on the fish tanks. Plenty of bird stuff here. All sorts of cages and pens. Always something in special. Definitely worth checking out.

Staff wouldn't stop asking what I was looking for and became aggressive when I kept saying that I was just browsing. Beautiful fish, but the people, not so much.

It's an overpriced pet shop with limited staff and in-store advice. The fish are in a poor condition, although it's the only place in town to get Rummy Noses.
